YES (Youth Engaging Supports)
Funded through the United Way’s Vulnerable Youth Investment Strategy and partnering with Aspen Family, YES connects youth (aged 16-24) who are transitioning out of child intervention services with a supportive, caring adult mentor. This connection creates a supportive relationship built on mutual respect and helps youth develop relationship skills and connections essential for successful transition to independent adulthood.
Ages: 16-24 Years
Time Commitment: 10-12 hours per month for 2 years
